Starting construction on your new custom home is exciting, and like any project, it comes in stages and with a specific list of challenges. We want to make sure we exceed your expectations, so it is very important to us that you are educated and content through each stage of our building process.

The initial stage of our building process includes considering the plot of land or lot in a development where you are planning to build your home. We will discuss the complexities involved in situating your new home on your property and help you avoid costly mistakes that can be made during this phase, by paying attention to geological factors and utility connections. The design process can become complicated, so we work hand in hand with you and the architect planning, and designing in order to keep you from making design mistakes.



After obtaining loans and permits, we will get to break ground and begin the construction of your home From dig out to finishing we will continue to communicate your creative input and advise, on critical decisions like material quality, lighting placement, storage options and other features. In this stage of the building process we will introduce you to our reliable subcontractors who will complete your framing, plumbing, electrical work, heating and ac, finish work, tile etc. We have worked with many of these companies for years because of their unparalleled craftsmanship and their willingness to go the extra mile to get you the most bang for your buck. Turn Key

One week prior to completion and passing our building final we do a walk through together and mark any imperfections that you or I catch so we can fix before moving in. Then you get the thrill of moving in. This is also the most rewarding time for us, seeing the delight on the homeowners’ faces as they walk through their dream home.
